My homegirl and I had just missed our flight back home to Milwaukee,Wisconsin, and we were hungry so we found a place to stop which was Miss Patty. I’m unsure if the lady who took our order is Miss Patty but she was lovely and so sweet. The entire restaurant was giving southern grandma’s house on a Sunday. From the music, to the aesthetics, to the smell lol I felt so loved. She even gave us 2 shots on the house. I will definitely be stopping here again on my next visit to Houston

I had doordash deliver my first order today. Absolutely wonderful comfort food. The price and quantity of food you get is great. It was like being at my grandmother's house. The greens are the best I've ever had. Ill definitely order here again and again

My experience was Great here. I don't know what the Bad reviews are about and why some people throwing hate towards this beautiful restaurant but this place is Excellent!! Some people like they food extra salty and some like there food with no salt but this restaurant had a perfect blend of spices and flavor. Just look at my plates. I mean just elegant how they put them together in a soulful way. I felt the love in my catfish dish and so did my girlfriend. The lemon pepper wings were different but delicious. And the oxtails were meaty unlike some spots I know of. The restaurant gave me Positive Vibes and the place was very clean. I was treated really nice and I'll be back. My review is what I experienced and im giving this place 5 stars and I don't care who says other wise.

The sweet potatoes were done right. It was a perfect blend of sweet. The oxtails were so good and tender. Yassssss ma'am. I enjoyed the music that was playing on the inside. It gave grown folk atmosphere. Ordering was quick, friendly, and accurate.

Eating here for the first time. Enjoyed everything we had. The collard greens were some of the tastiest. Fried catfish was moist and delicious. Pretty much all the sides we had were yummy and seasoned well. Service was with a smile and efficient. Even had dessert, butter cream cake, yummy . This place is cute, just clean and comfortable. Dine-in or take out. Bonus, nice chill music in the background.

This was me and my husband first time here let me tell you the food was Amazing!!!! We both had smothered chicken, garlic mashed potatoes macaroni and cheese and candy yams and peach tea. The service was excellent! We will be back!!!!!!!

I wandered in on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. The mac and cheese didn’t disappoint! The greens had a nice flavor, fried rib’s pure heaven. Patty Palmer to wash it all down. You would think they would have been packed by what I tasted. They are definitely worth giving a try if in the area. I’m looking forward to returning....

Food was excellent. My son and I enjoyed our food. Staff was nice. The restaurant is very nicely decorated inside. Priced good especially the pork chop lunch special. My son said the shrimp were really good. We will be back.
